The Coach House sleeps four. There is a king-size bedroom and a twin room with one double and one single bed. Also on the first floor is a shower room with a sink and toilet. We provide towels and bed linen.

There is a large sitting room on the ground floor and a well-equipped kitchen with a table and four chairs. There is also a downstairs toilet. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, electric oven with gas hob, small dishwasher, toaster, microwave and everything you would need for your holiday. There is a washer/dryer in the utility room. The house has central heating and there is plenty of seating in the sitting room. There is free WiFi throughout the property with a fast speed of 52mbps and a flat-screen TV.
There is hard flooring throughout The Coach House. There is also a wide selection of books and a few games to keep everyone occupied if for some strange reason the weather isn't the best.
Pets are welcome, though please do tell us if you are bringing your dog(s). The garden can be closed by shutting the gate at the end of the drive. There is outdoor seating and a charcoal barbeque is available.
The Coach House is set back from the road down a short driveway but is also right in the centre of Blairgowrie and offers easy access to every amenity, many of which can be accessed on foot. The main supermarket Tesco is a five-minute walk and much quicker by car. There is off-road parking by the garden shed where the key box is located. Guests are sent the code to access the key box a few days before arrival. There are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby, including Little's Restaurant which is right next door and one of the best restaurants in Perthshire if not Scotland. There is lots of further information in the Guest Folder which you will find within the property and there are also plenty of takeaway options.
Finally, being a former coach house the ceilings upstairs are sloped, so please watch your heads!
