Rosebank -  a beautifully restored Georgian manse

Set back from the main road and within mature gardens, Rosebank House is rated 4 star by Scottish Tourism body, VisitScotland.  Rosebank has six en-suite bedrooms, (3 x king, 2 x double and 1 twin with a double and a single), a separate sitting room, dining room and fully-fitted kitchen newly fitted in 2020.

Rosebank sleeps 13 in spacious comfort with plenty of off-street parking for up to six vehicles.

Sit by our wood burning stove or with better weather, in our garden and enjoy planning your adventures.

The Coach House at Riverlea - town centre access with a cosy cottage feeling

A neatly converted former coach house now sleeping four in a king size bedroom and a twin with two singles, Riverlea also offers a large sitting room, fully equipped kitchen with dining table and off street parking.  There is a small garden area with charcoal barbeque available.

Both properties in Blairgowrie offer easy access to the rest of Scotland - with top class golf and fishing close by, plus ski-ing at Glenshee in the Winter.  Day trips can be taken to all Scotland's major attractions, including Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee, Aberdeen and Inverness.

Pets are welcome at both properties, though please try to keep them off the beds!

Local Area & Tours

Rosebank is set in its own large garden situated by the main road north to Braemar and Glenshee but with a five minute riverside walk to the centre of Blairgowrie - where you will find The Coach House at Riverlea, tucked back from the road along a short drive.

Blairgowrie is at the gateway to the Cairngorms National Park and the Snow Roads, Scotland's highest roads, from which you can enjoy the magnificent Scottish scenery and keep an eye out for the wonderful wildlife.  There are a host of championship golf courses close by and of course the salmon and trout fishing is first class.  And the rest of Scotland is accessible on day trips.

Guided wildlife tours are available and exclusive use of a wildlife hide through Nature Nuts, run by Bob Smith. We offer a discount for Nature Nuts clients - apply code NN20 when you book.

When you reach Blairgowrie, follow the A93 through the town and across the River Ericht. Turn left at the top of the hill, still on the A93, signposted Braemar. Rosebank is about 0.5 kilometre on the right.
