Afternoon tea at The Fife Arms is not cheap at £35 per person, but you can share between two.  But with a selection of sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and jam, a wide selection of teas and lots of other sweet treats, it is an experience to enjoy and as mentioned before you can sit under a genuine Picasso and also view many other famous artists' works.
